Our Team
A leader is one who knows the way, goes the way, and shows the way.
For over a decade, Paul has been involved in supporting men and leadership, driven by a profound passion to see adults reach their full potential through pastoral care and teaching. His passion led him naturally to co-found Roots of Resilience, with it‘s over-arching mission to support men from all backgrounds.
"It’s very concerning that there is a current trend toward men losing touch with their identity, resulting in increased loneliness, declining mental health, and a rising number of male suicides. Roots of Resilience was founded to help reverse many of these contemporary problems, fulfilling the organisation’s core purpose - bringing about lasting and meaningful, impacting change"
With a decade of dedicated service in men’s ministry, focusing on empowering youth and men, complemented by extensive experience in social care, schools, and churches, Andrew brings a versatile set of skills to Roots & Resilience. His passion radiates through, by a commitment to promote better physical and mental well-being, blending in sporting activities, fitness, mentoring, creative arts and a heart for compassionate care.
"There‘s a profound need to serve, love, minister, and guide, especially in addressing the vital areas of men’s mental health, purpose, adventure, and belonging."
